We encourage all potential applicants to review the AAIM Accreditation Commission Standards for Practices to fully understand our requirements. Then, fill out the Self Evaluation Report (SER) to see how your practice measures up before applying for accreditation. You can purchase the SER and Standards for Practices for $75 by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Next, complete and submit the application form. All applications must be accompanied by the required fee, the SER, and all supporting documents. The application can be completed online to be printed and submitted by mail, e-mail , or fax. A member of the AAIM Accreditation Commission staff will contact the applicant within seven business days of submission.
The AAIM Accreditation Commission Board will review the application for compliance with Standards for Practices. The Board reserves the option of completing an on-site evaluation during this process.
Upon approval, the applicant will receive a congratulatory letter, plaque, and certificate of accreditation.
